On receipt of your order we aim to process and despatch by the next working day, however please leave up to 7 working days for your delivery to reach you.
Private consumer orders are only shipped within the UK Mainland (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and Scottish Isles). We do not offer delivery to non-UK addresses at present.
All deliveries are via made via Parcel Force at a cost £4 plus VAT per delivery.
We do not offer a next day delivery service.
On receipt of your order and confirmation of payment we aim to process and despatch your delivery within 7 working days.
During busy times of the year delivery times may be extended, however you will be informed of such delays by our trade sales team.

Please note: although we will aim to despatch your delivery as soon as we can we are not responsible for delivery delays caused adverse weather conditions (snow and floods) or by any industrial action taken by the carriers.
We believe you will love everything from Bronte by Moon, however, If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a No Quibble returns policy.
If you change your mind or the item is no longer wanted.
Goods must be returned with 28 days of your notification that you wish to cancel your order. The goods must be returned to us in an unused condition and in their original packaging.

Once the goods are received by Bronte by Moon, they will be inspected. If the items are in a re-sellable condition, you will be refunded the original order value for the returned items within 14 days.
Return shipping for unwanted items is at the customers' own expense and does not form part of the refund.
Incorrect or damaged goods
If you have received an incorrect item or an item is damaged please inform our sales department by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
We will then despatch a returns label for you to send the items back. Return the goods with a copy of your original delivery note and a completed Returns Form advising if a refund or replacement is required.
Once received by Bronte by Moon, the returned goods will be inspected. If a replacement is required this will be despatched within a few days of Bronte by Moon receiving the original item back. Should a fault be disputed with the returned item/s, a full explanation will be given by Bronte By Moon. Should you wish to appeal the decision you must send your appeal within 7 working days to be reviewed.
If a refund is required then the original order value of the goods (including the delivery charge) will be refunded within 14 days.
Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that do not reach Bronte by Moon. We advise that all returns are made using a reputable company where the return parcel can be tracked.
If you have purchased your Bronte by Moon product through a 3rd party retailer or e-commerce website then the return must be processed by the company who you originally purchased the product from. We cannot refund or replace goods that have been purchased through a 3rd party.
